The rooms at Boutique Hotel Planlim were absolutely stunning! The mountain view from the balcony made me feel completely at peace. The bed was so comfortable and the floors were nice and warm. I also loved that the bathroom had a rainfall showerhead and provided complimentary toiletries. It felt like a dream!

The only thing I didn't personally enjoy was the kitchen in some of the rooms. As a guest who likes to explore the local cuisine, I didn't really need a kitchen with a fridge, oven, and dishwasher.

The property is immaculate and beautifully furnished. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with great facilities and a delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

The free parking was on site, superb service. The hotel was located in the heart of the city.

During my recent stay at Boutique Hotel Planlim, I was impressed by the amazing location in Ortisei. It was within walking distance of everything, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cable cars for hiking. The views from the balcony and the roof terrace were absolutely stunning. The breakfast provided was delightful, with freshly baked croissants, delicious juices, and a variety of yoghurts and cold cuts. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary dinner on the first night and free cocktails on the third night. The hotel was peaceful and relaxing, not overcrowded with people. The spa was a highlight, with an open hot tub outside and a sauna with a glass wall facing the mountains. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. I highly recommend Boutique Hotel Planlim for a wonderful stay in Ortisei.

I did experience some minor drawbacks during my stay. The lack of air conditioning in the room made it a bit hot during the day.

There are affordable prices in the property. It is charming hotel, I appreciated favourable location and incredible rooms. Excellent staff with an excellent customer service, everything is excellent.

The hotel was wonderful with helpful employees with an excellent customer service. The rooms were big size and included central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel television etc. The perfect location was close to Rasciesa funicular. Plus the property was close to restaurants and bars.

The staff were exceptional, providing helpful recommendations and warm smiles from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was delicious, offering local products and the finest prosciutto and speck. It truly enhanced my overall stay.

The hotel facilities were modern and well-equipped, including a spa with a rooftop whirlpool and sauna. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing private transfers to local ski lifts and organizing afternoon events with snacks, wine, and music.
